At King’s Ridge, Bob led the Tigers to two state finals appearances where they were fortunate enough to win the school’s first ever state championship in 2023. He is currently the head coach at Calvary Day School in Savannah, Georgia.
This is what Coach Martin had to say about Jaren:
I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of athletes throughout my career, but few have left as lasting an impression as Jaren Harris. As both a player and a person, Jaren exemplified everything you hope to see in a young athlete – and now, as he launches his basketball training business, I couldn’t be more confident in recommending him to players and families seeking genuine development.
During his time under my coaching, Jaren consistently demonstrated three qualities that set him apart: an unmatched work ethic, fierce competitiveness, and authentic character. While many players talk about wanting to improve, Jaren was always the first in the gym and the last to leave. He approached every drill, every practice, and every game with the same intensity and focus that championship players possess
What made Jaren truly special wasn’t just his personal drive, but how his competitive spirit elevated everyone around him. He had this rare ability to push his teammates to be better while maintaining the genuine relationships that make great teams. His authenticity was evident in how he carried himself both on and off the court – no pretense, no shortcuts, just honest effort and real care for the game and the people he played with.
Now, as Jaren transitions into training the next generation of players, I have complete confidence in his ability to develop athletes at every level. He understands that basketball development isn’t just about perfecting technique – it’s about building character, instilling discipline, and fostering the kind of competitive mindset that translates to success both in basketball and in life.
Parents and players looking for a trainer who will genuinely invest in their development need look no further. Jaren Harris brings the same commitment to excellence as a coach that he demonstrated as a player. I’ve seen firsthand his dedication to the game and his ability to connectwith people, and I know he will pour that same energy into every player he works with.
I wholeheartedly endorse Jaren Harris and his basketball training services. Any player fortunate enough to work with him will not only improve their game but will also learn what it means to approach basketball – and life – with integrity, determination, and genuine passion.

Here’s what Will had to say about Coach Harris’s training style:
"Coach Harris’s passion and work ethic for the game and his approach to skill training, is second to none. Of all the coaches I’ve worked with, from high school to the pros, his ability to instill confidence and help you become the best version of yourself is unmatched. His training environment is ultra-competitive, pushing you to your limits while still caring deeply for your growth and character. I would not be in the position I am today without Coach Harris as a mentor and his expertise in skill development."

In his sophomore season, he shot 52% from three and 59.4% from the field, earning First Team All-Panhandle Conference honors. He went on to play Division I basketball at Northwestern State University in Louisiana.
Here’s what JT says about Coach Harris:
"If you’re looking for a basketball trainer who genuinely cares about your development on and off the court, look no further than Jaren Harris. I’ve seen his work ethic up close, this guy is relentless. Early mornings, late nights, rain or shine, he’s in the gym putting in work, not just for himself, but for every player he trains. He doesn’t treat this like a hobby. This is his passion, his purpose, and it shows in everything he does.
He studies the game, breaks it down at every level, and tailors workouts to each individual athlete. It’s not one-size-fits-all with him. He’s focused on helping you get better where you need it most. Whether you’re just starting out or trying to reach the next level, he’ll push you, hold you accountable, and believe in you on the days you don’t believe in yourself.
What separates him is the energy and detail he brings to every session. You can’t fake passion, and with him, it’s 100% real. He’s not just building basketball players; he’s building discipline, confidence, and a mindset that translates to life beyond the court. If you’re serious about developing your game, there’s no one better to have in your corner than Jaren Harris. I’ve got nothing but respect for how he moves and how much he genuinely pours into his athletes."
